Confide Creative Group Coaching Experiences can be targeted to pre-professionals, early-career professionals, mid-career professionals, or executive leadership teams. All experiences are intentionally developed to enhance individual growth, professional healing, and joyous personal progress within a group setting. Our experiences have been integrated into programming and offerings at higher education institutions, professional development service organizations, professional association meetings and conferences, leadership development programs, staff retreats, and more. If writing about yourself makes you cringe inside, this workshop covers where personal storytelling begins and your professional credits end while giving you room to celebrate your accomplishments and the journey it took for you to get to make them happen!
Participants will start to develop their professional bios while receiving tips on ways to enhance, edit, or further refine them throughout the workshop.
Authentic At Work: Bringing Your Whole Self Into What You Do
Ever wonder when, why, or how authenticity can fit into the workplace? Discover what it takes to stay true to yourself, inspire organizational culture shifts, and honor the work you are meant to do without losing yourself along the way.
Participants will be given room to share experiences and leave with best practices for how their own personal development can enrich their professional development and ability to thrive at work.
Lead With Creativity: Amplifying & Maximizing Your Most Valuable Talents
If you’re all too familiar with the phrase “I’m not creative” then this workshop was made just for you. Whether you’ve thought it, muttered it, or just matter-of-factly said it out loud, it’s time to face the truth - you are creative! And your creativity has been yearning to break free for too long. In this workshop, you will not be focusing your on artistic ability because that is not the same thing as your creative talents but you will be able to recognize and exercise your unique spectrum of creativity and discover just how transferable your creative skills can be when you put them to work.
Participants will participate in a fun creativity assessment which they will be able to discuss, engage in activity around, and receive feedback on during the workshop so they can learn how to apply their creative talents to various aspects of their professional lives.
Nice To Meet You: Networking & the Nuances of Professionalism
Does the phrase "build your network" trigger you from head to toe? If so, you are not alone and there are concrete ways to make sure you don't trip over yourself. Get ready to learn what it takes to take the work out of "networking" and bring joy back into making meaningful connections to the professionals that inspire you.
Through this workshop, participants will develop an understanding of how their intentions can yield stronger connections and will also gain techniques for making the most out of those connections as they work their way up the winding staircase of their creative careers.
Work Your Quirk: Embracing Creative Professionalism & Personal Branding
Who knew only four words could have the power to change your life? If anyone has ever thrown a "tell me about yourself" or "what do you do" your way and it felt like the hairs on the back of your neck immediately stood up, then that's a sign that these not-so-magical four words hold way too much power in your professional life so it's about time you take back that power and harness it.
During this workshop, participants will work their creative quirks into supercharged descriptions that do the work for them so upon any interaction they can leave a lasting impression, stay true to themselves, and find joy in sharing out about the work they do.
Worth It To Work It: Negotiations, Promotions, and Career Advocacy
Does the mere idea of having to give salary expectations, ask for more compensation, or advocate for a raise just give you the absolute heebie-jeebies? Well, if that’s the case this workshop was made to help you push past the financial anxiety and make way for your next financial opportunity.
Participants will receive tips on how to approach initial salary negotiations, make stronger cases for promotion opportunities, assess compensation offers, and set professional boundaries at work.

*Workshops are crafted with 25 or less participants in mind. Additional costs will be incurred for a higher number of participants. Workshop recordings are not permitted. Travel fees are included for in-person experiences.

If you are you an organization looking to expand your Leadership & Development offerings in an ongoing way for your staff, team, department, employee resource group, club, or association, Confide Creative offers in-house executive, leadership, career, business coaching for individuals and/or groups on 6 month or 1 year renewable contracts. Coaching can be provided virtually (or in-person onsite at your workplace or preferred meeting location for an additional travel fee). We look forward to working with you!
