CREATIVE EXECUTIVE COACHING (6-month retainer)
Empower Your Creativity. ⏱️ It’s time for a change of PACE!
The PACE (Creative Executive Coaching) Retainer is for established and emerging executives or committed entrepreneurs with limitless lived experience interested in evolving their creative approach to their work. This coaching series is for the leader or go-getter with competing priorities, new challenges that won’t seem to quit, or mountains they just don’t feel like summiting alone anymore who prefers ongoing creative accountability + an extra push to take them to new heights whether or not they identify as a “creative.”
PACE includes:
(1) 60 minute initial onboarding session inclusive of a Learning Style Audit and Creative Leadership Assessment.
(6) 60 minute session per/month utilizing multimodal or intermodal executive coaching techniques for leadership and/or entrepreneurial development.
(24) Weeks of Voice Note/Text/Email optional Check-In Access - one per week for the duration of your coaching series.

The STRIDE (Creative Embodiment Coaching) Retainer is a personalized coaching experience personalized for the “creative,” the so-called “not creative,” anyone stuck in between who has felt a creative pull but maybe never quite acted on it. This coaching series is for the dreamer or visionary who might need to reconnect to or reignite their creativity again or the professional who has felt like their creativity needs to be excavated or unearthed so they can develop a more authentic connection to their selves and show up better as an individual in their life or work.
STRIDE includes:
(1) 60 minute initial onboarding session inclusive of a Learning Style Audit and Somatic Embodiment Scan.
(3) 60 minute virtual sessions utilizing socioemotional arts exercises, expressive arts methods, and/or embodied transformation techniques to develop creativity as a sacred practice, connect to creative spirituality, or focus on expanding your creative potential and/or creative progress in your personal or professional life.
(12) Weeks of Voice Note/Text/Email optional Check-In Access - one per week for the duration of your coaching series.

What is the Difference Between Career, Leadership, Business, and Executive Coaching?

Can I gift a coaching retainer to my child, friend, student, employee, etc.?
Absolutely! Just encourage them to complete a coaching alignment application and in the last question have them provide the name and email of who should be billed.
What if I’m Not Quite Ready to Invest?
If you’re not ready to financially invest in your growth at this time, that’s okay. Feel free to wait until it’s the right time for you to proceed. But if you are ready, I’m thrilled to be part of your journey and to support you as you pour into yourself and your future.
