The confide Creative Philosophy

Creativity is more than what we make. It’s how we imagine what’s possible, reconnect with what matters, find our way through what feels stuck, and create meaningful change in our lives, our work, and our communities. Sometimes you need space to hear yourself. Sometimes you need to bring people together. And sometimes you need a kind mind alongside yours as you figure out what’s next.

Through Confide Creative, I partner with people and organizations ready to reclaim their voice, reignite what lights them up, and reimagine what comes next. Sometimes that means navigating a change that makes more room for who you are and what you want. Other times, it means bringing people together with greater intention, creating space for voices and experiences that deserve to be heard, or shaping an idea, program, or body of work that expands access, opportunity, belonging, and possibility.

I’m especially interested in what becomes possible when we make room for people to show up more fully, not in spite of the experiences, identities, ideas, and perspectives they carry, but with them. Whether we’re exploring your own path, creating an experience for your people, or thinking strategically about your work, I believe meaningful change begins with paying attention to who is in the room, who has been left out, what we’ve been taught to accept, and what we might dare to imagine differently. That means I won’t arrive with a predetermined answer or prescribe the path you should take. I’ll bring curiosity, creativity, thoughtful questions, honest reflection, strategic perspective, and a willingness to challenge what may be blocking you. I’ll notice with you, imagine with you, and help you uncover possibilities that honor where you’ve been while making room for where you want to go.

Because ultimately, you get to run your own race. I’m just here to help you find your stride. We can create together through coaching for you, convening for your people, or consulting for your work.

Ready for some space to hear yourself?

COACHING — FOR YOU

For your creative curiosity. For your creative courage. For your creative career.

There are moments when what you need isn’t another person telling you what you should do. You need space to hear yourself, reconnect with what matters, explore what you actually want, and have someone alongside you who isn’t afraid to ask the questions that help you go deeper.

Confide Creative coaching is for people ready to reclaim their voice and reignite what lights them up, especially when work, leadership, life, or other people’s expectations have made that voice a little harder to hear. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly articulated goal. Together, we can explore your career, creativity, leadership, confidence, rest, transition, or whatever else is asking for your attention.

Our work can also get creative, literally. Depending on what serves you, I may invite movement, rhythm, sound, song, writing, performance, imagination, imagery, or other forms of creative expression into our coaching. You don’t need to consider yourself an artist though. These are simply more ways of helping you access what you know, imagine beyond what you’ve been taught to accept, and discover what might be possible.

With over 15 years of experience working, facilitating, and leading across professional development, career services, higher education, and the creative economy, in addition to a certification in Executive Coaching, and an extensive background in career coaching early and mid-career professionals, I’ll bring curiosity, honest reflection, accountability, encouragement, and a willingness to lovingly challenge you when you need it. You bring your experiences, questions, ideas, desires, and a willingness to own the journey that is uniquely yours.

Private Coaching — $2,500 (3 months · 6 private sessions · weekly async access)

Over three months, we’ll meet virtually twice a month for an hour, giving us dedicated time together and space between our conversations to notice, experiment, live, and return. Between sessions, you’ll also have access to me through brief text or voice notes when you want to share a realization, celebrate a win, ask a quick question, or get a little support while something is still fresh.

CONVENING — FOR YOUR PEOPLE

For creative becoming. For creative belonging. For creative bridge-building.

I believe something powerful can happen when people are given the right invitation, enough room, and thoughtful ways to be with one another. I design and facilitate experiences that help people connect, reflect, imagine, learn, and have conversations worth having. That might mean making space for a team to reconnect, helping a group explore an important question, creating a participatory learning experience, or designing a retreat that lets people step outside the rhythm of their everyday work long enough to see something differently. I’m particularly interested in creating spaces where people can bring more of themselves into the room, where different voices and lived experiences are valued, and where belonging doesn’t require sameness.

You don’t need to know exactly what activities should fill the agenda. That’s part of what you’re inviting me to help shape. Whether you’re gathering colleagues, leaders, students, artists, community members, or collaborators, we’ll begin with what you want the time together to make possible. From there, I’ll shape an experience around your people and their needs. Depending on the purpose of our time, that might include facilitated conversation, individual reflection, targeted lessons, creative expression, small-group exploration, movement, storytelling, imagination, or moments of joyful connection stemming from my certification in Social Emotional Arts Facilitation. Confide Creative convenings serve the people and the purpose, not the other way around.

Gathering — $1,000 (60–90 minutes · design + facilitation)

For groups that need a meaningful conversation or shared learning experience. We’ll begin with a planning chat so I can understand your people, your purpose, and what you hope the gathering makes possible. I’ll then thoughtfully design and facilitate our time together.

Retreat — $3,500 (3–6 hours · design + facilitation)

For groups that need enough time and space to go deeper. A retreat gives us room to create an intentional arc across several hours, with opportunities to connect, reflect, explore, recharge, imagine, and move something meaningful forward. We’ll first clarify what your people need from the experience, and I’ll design and facilitate a retreat experience specifically for them. Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can give people isn’t always more information. It’s the time, invitation, and space to experience one another differently.

Want to get strategic with it?

CONSULTING — FOR YOUR WORK

For creative access. For creative authenticity. For creative alignment.

Sometimes you’re close enough to an idea, program, project, or challenge that it becomes difficult to see all of it. That’s where I love to come in. I bring an outside perspective, a strategic mind, and a creative lens to work that is still being shaped. I can help you interrogate an idea, notice what’s missing, untangle what feels complicated, identify possibilities, and determine where you might go next. My role is not to swoop in and take the work away from you. It’s to think alongside you so you can move the work forward with greater clarity and intention. Confide Creative consulting is for organizations, institutions, programs, projects, and purpose-driven people who want another strategic and creative mind alongside their work. I’m particularly interested in questions of access, opportunity, equity, belonging, and whether the choices we make actually align with the values we say matter.

This is strategic advisory rather than implementation container which means I’m here to question, review, respond, recommend, brainstorm, and help shape, without becoming another member of your staff or taking over execution. After over 15 years navigating non profits and companies with complex challenges, I bring strategic perspective, creative problem solving, thoughtful questions, and an ability to notice connections, gaps, tensions, and possibilities that can be difficult to see when you’re living inside the work every day. Together, we can interrogate what you’re building, consider who benefits and who might be missing, explore different possibilities, and determine what feels most meaningful and actionable from here.

You remain the owner and expert of your work. I become a thought partner alongside it.

Strategic Consult — $500 (60-minute focused advisory conversation)

Bring me one thing. A decision. An idea. A challenge. A program. A possibility. Something you’ve been circling and would benefit from another thoughtful perspective on. You can share brief context with me beforehand so we can spend our hour getting into the substance: asking questions, exploring possibilities, identifying concerns, and considering what comes next. Sometimes you don’t need an extended consulting engagement. You just need the right brain in the room for an hour.

Strategic Partner — $5,000 (3 months · 6 advisory sessions · async access · material review + feedback)

Some work needs more than one conversation. Over three months, I’ll become a consistent strategic thought partner as your idea, program, project, or work develops. We’ll meet twice a month for an hour to examine what’s emerging, explore questions and possibilities, identify gaps, challenge assumptions, make strategic choices, and help shape a direction that reflects what you actually want the work to accomplish. Between our conversations, you’ll have access to me for brief, focused questions and updates, along with strategic review and feedback on relevant materials connected to our work together. I’ll question, review, respond, recommend, brainstorm, and help you shape what comes next while you (and your team) retain responsibility for bringing it to life because creative alignment isn’t simply about saying what matters; it’s about making choices that allow our values to show up in what we actually do.

Not sure which WAY YOU’D LIKE TO CREATE?

Whichever door you enter, you can expect the same thing from me: curiosity, creativity, thoughtful attention, and room to discover what becomes possible when we don’t rush toward the answer.
